About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager who speaks both Spanish and English. The position involves leading store operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring customers receive AT&T's best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. The Assistant Manager will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives, all while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. The company provides paid training for leadership success and experience in coaching a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
