About The Position

This position is for wireless customer service, where you will be handling social media based inquiries from people looking for assistance with wireless issues in both English and Spanish. Upselling may be involved in this position. You can also expect stability, encouragement, a cooperative environment where you can learn, grow, and advance.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both English and Spanish language, with strong bilingual communication skills.
  • Spanish and English written communication skills.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally over chat.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Quick-thinking problem solver.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting.
  • Sales-focused mindset: Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services.
  • Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role.
  • Minimum of 6 months in a call center virtual setting.
  • Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts.
  • Available to work full time 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must pass a background screening.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Have a GED or High School Diploma.
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Must live in Texas to be eligible.
  • Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular).
  • Internet speed: 25Mbps Download/10Mbps Upload.
  • Ping Rate – Less than 100 ms.
  • A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise cannot be heard or present during working hours.
  • Ability to be on webcam during working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers.
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency.
  • Process orders.
  • Update accounts.
  • Update records.
  • Upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.
