About The Position
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a part-time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist for an immediate, school-based opportunity in Illinois. This role is focused solely on conducting comprehensive bilingual speech and language assessments, meaning no full therapy caseload or ongoing treatment schedule is required. The position allows for a part-time schedule, promoting work-life balance, and offers the chance to support culturally and linguistically diverse students. The goal is to help students access the services they need to thrive by providing accurate identification of their needs through evaluation.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency required.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech endorsement (or eligibility)
Nice To Haves
- School-based evaluation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
- Prepare detailed, compliant evaluation reports.
- Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guide service decisions.
- Administer and interpret formal and informal assessment tools.
- Ensure assessments are culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate.
