Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Bilingual English- Spanish
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to troubleshoot and repair sewing machines and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain sewing machines and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair sewing machines and equipment as needed
Ensure that all machines are running efficiently and effectively
Work closely with the production team to ensure that all machines are set up correctly
Train new employees on how to use sewing machines and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
