Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication and customer service while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred.
  • Have customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and help to support orderly access control for personnel, deliveries, and contractors.
  • Complete routine reports, incident notes, and shift activity logs, and communicate important updates during shift handoff to help to support continuity of security-related operations.
