Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication and customer service while reflecting our agile, reliable, and innovative approach, a caring culture, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet preferred.
Have customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and help to support orderly access control for personnel, deliveries, and contractors.
Complete routine reports, incident notes, and shift activity logs, and communicate important updates during shift handoff to help to support continuity of security-related operations.
