As a Security Officer Bilingual Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Requirements

  • Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
  • Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • Possess access control or badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related responsibilities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies.
  • Support emergency response activities, including notifying appropriate contacts, assisting with evacuations when needed, and communicating important updates to site leadership and/or first responders.
