Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required).
• Fully bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License, reliable personal transportation, and a smartphone for site communication and digital reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities, combined with basic computer proficiency for writing clear and accurate reports.
• Impeccable professional appearance and strong verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of facilities, inspect access points, and monitor security equipment to safeguard personnel, visitors, and property.
• Manage entry points, respond swiftly to alarms or emergencies, investigate suspicious activity, and direct traffic when required.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, write detailed incident reports, and ensure compliance with site regulations and legal standards.
• Report maintenance or safety hazards immediately and perform basic preventive checks on security equipment.
• Act as a welcoming, professional on-site presence while assisting visitors, residents, and staff.
