About The Position
Aspire Educational Services (AES) is seeking a part-time independent contractor to conduct evaluations for a partner school. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) School Psychologist with PA certification. AES is known for its strong relationships within the educational community, providing comprehensive psycho-social and psycho-educational testing. The team is dedicated to high service standards, attention to detail, and technical expertise. This role focuses on evaluations and re-evaluations, with potential for consultation services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in school psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Current Pennsylvania school psychologist certification from the board of education.
- Fluent in Ukrainian
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, IEP software, scoring programs)
- Have current (or be able to clear) required state and federal background checks and relevant clearances. All clearances will be required before hire.
- Additional certifications may be required by the PA accreditation body and/or school.

Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, complete ER’s/RR’s, and provide recommendations.
- Provide consultation services on an hourly basis, as needed.
- Identify needs for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the student.
