About The Position

Amtex Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to help provide outstanding experiences for customers and employees. The role involves building client relationships, selling insurance policies that meet customers’ needs, explaining policy coverage, and communicating consistently and accurately with clients. Training is provided on the company’s mission, vision, and the employee’s role in its success. Amtex Insurance has provided auto, renters, commercial, and Mexico insurance across Texas for more than 25 years and operates more than 85 locations.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
• Must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with clients.
• Sell policies that meet clients’ needs and explain policy coverages.
• Communicate effectively by phone with customers and sales representatives.
