About The Position
Amtex Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to help deliver outstanding experiences for customers and employees. The company provides training about its mission, vision, and employees’ roles, and offers a nurturing, collaborative environment. The role involves building relationships with clients, selling insurance policies that meet their needs, explaining coverage, and communicating with customers and sales representatives. Compensation is $12.00–$16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate with team members and clients.
- Ability to analyze, negotiate, and compile customer renewals.
- Must be bilingual.
Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with clients.
- Sell policies to meet clients’ needs and explain policy coverages.
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives by phone.
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication with clients in person and over the phone.
