About The Position

This role combines sales support, operations coordination, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to support day-to-day business operations. Avantier Inc. is a global photonics company with over 25 years of experience specializing in custom optical design, engineering, and manufacturing, serving high-tech industries including aerospace, defense, and life sciences.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
  • 2+ years experience in sales support, operations, logistics, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team with order processing, order follow-up, and contract coordination
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics
  • Assist with project tracking and cross-functional coordination
  • Maintain accurate records, data, and documentation (Excel / Salesforce)
  • Handle general administrative and operational support as needed
