About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Mandarin) to join a fast-growing eCommerce technology environment. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in outbound sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles who are eager to build a career in sales. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential merchants, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal)
  • Experience in sales, retail sales, contact centre, or phone-based customer service roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or similar tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Formal sales training or certification
  • Experience in Telecommunications, SaaS, or Door-to-Door Sales

Responsibilities

  • Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within organizations
  • Qualify leads and either book meetings or transfer calls to Sales Representatives
  • Collaborate closely with 3 assigned Sales Representatives using provided lead lists
  • Research and source potential Canadian merchants using internal tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity targets and performance metrics
  • Contribute to achieving team goals of 30 meetings booked per month, leading to new merchant growth
