Bilingual Russian Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This role is for a Bilingual Russian Part Time Retail Sales Consultant. The position involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T's products and services. The consultant will use a consultative sales approach, guide customers, and participate in community events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls. The role requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment to stay current with technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without experience. The job is part-time with weekly hours of 20.
Requirements
- Speak Russian and English.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

- Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
