About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant role is a part-time position focused on customer experience and sales within AT&T retail stores. The consultant will engage with customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate how AT&T products and services can meet those needs. This role requires a competitive spirit, a desire to exceed sales goals, and up-to-date knowledge of the latest data and entertainment technologies. The position involves multitasking in a fast-paced team environment and providing prompt, courteous customer service.
Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish speaking ability
- Ability to work part-time, 20-24 hours per week
- Candidates with arrest or convictions records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
- Contact with Customers/Candidates/Clients

- Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those needs
- Multi-task in a fast paced team environment
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
- Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
