This role involves exceeding monthly sales quotas and delivering high-quality sales that meet or exceed company benchmarks. The consultant will drive sales of specific handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories according to management guidance. They will also act as a role model and assist new hires and peers. Operational duties include adhering to company policies and procedures, mastering required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, RQ4, Paycom), managing sales paperwork, handling cash deposits responsibly, protecting company assets, preventing fraudulent purchases, accurately completing opening/closing checklists, reporting inventory deficiencies, safeguarding codes and passwords, and maintaining store appearance. The role also requires completing all required training within established timelines, accurately recording time and attendance, adhering to schedules, providing adequate notice for time off, and taking personal responsibility for issues within their control.
