About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant in Aurora, Colorado. The position involves guiding customers to the right solutions while delivering an exceptional AT&T experience. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, resourceful, and good-natured, with strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly and think on their feet. The role requires advanced bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, a dedication to excellent customer experience, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to going above and beyond. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the AT&T brand, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You will meet sales targets and earn commission by offering AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. The job involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but AT&T provides training and coaching for those without sales experience. This role is comparable to positions like Wireless Sales Consultant, Retail Associate, Retail Sales Associate, or Retail Team Member.
