About The Position

Mobily is an AT&T nationally authorized retailer seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant. The role offers commission-based earning potential, training, tools for success, and a career path that may provide upward mobility into leadership. The position is based at the Riverstone store in Missouri City, Texas, and may require flexibility to work at multiple locations within the district. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of AT&T; participation is a condition of employment, with reasonable notice provided.

Requirements

Bilingual ability, as indicated by the role title.
Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Available to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the store location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Follow company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
A strong social media presence.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, needs-focused customer service.
Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.
Represent Mobily and the AT&T brand professionally and courteously.
Assist leaders with store operations and other duties.
Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
Participate in scheduled outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities; engage customers, represent AT&T products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown.
