About The Position

The Bilingual Retail Manager leads the retail team, supports daily operations, delivers excellent customer service, and implements marketing initiatives while meeting store performance goals. The role oversees sales, marketing, and office administration; maintains store appearance and cleanliness; manages vendors and customer relationships; and ensures safety and policy compliance. The manager trains and motivates team members, performs cash handling and supply ordering, and assists with other assigned tasks. The position involves working in indoor and outdoor industrial environments and requires the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience.
