About The Position

The Bilingual Residential Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing, requesting, and verifying all loan documents to ensure complete and accurate loan application information. This role involves ordering and obtaining necessary verifications, maintaining communication with borrowers, loan officers, realtors, and management, and prioritizing daily workflow to meet timeline expectations. The position also ensures compliance with Fair Housing regulations and internal policies. This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year mortgage loan processing experience
• Ability to work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks in periods of high volume
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers and co-workers
• Strong work ethic and high integrity
• Proficient with all Microsoft applications
• Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
• Must be able to communicate professionally verbally and in writing
• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent organization skills

Responsibilities

• Review, request and verify all loan documents to ensure complete and accurate loan application information
• Order and obtain verifications as needed, including but not limited to verifications of employment, deposits and rents
• Maintain up-to-date contact with borrowers, loan officers, realtors, and management
• Prioritize and monitor daily workflow in accordance with timeline expectations
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and internal policies
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned
