Manage the coordination of campus-level student records between participating early learning centers and HISD, inclusive of enrollment, withdrawals, and data integrity within the designated student information system while ensuring compliance with district and state regulations. A child's earliest years shape every milestone that follows: school success, workforce readiness, and economic opportunity. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish oral and written fluency, at least 2 years in school records management and experience in a K-12 school environment (early childhood services preferred), plus proficiency with student data management information systems.
