What You'll Do Recruiting (50%) Source, screen, and interview bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates for professional and technical roles Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and hard-to-find talent Publish engaging job ads across job boards, social media, and career pages Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Conduct employment, education, and language verifications Job Board Management (50%) Verify the identity and legitimacy of companies registered Use software to ensure candidates' language skills are verified, and match market needs Recommend top candidates to employers and promote job postings Help grow our talent community, making it the go-to platform for multilingual professionals Ready to grow with us? Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 5+years of proven recruiting skills, including talent sourcing and talent management
  • Proven ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Strong research skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking software (ATS), LinkedIn, etc.
  • Solid project management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of CRM databases to manage customer profiles
  • Certification in Recruiting, HR, or Talent Sourcing
  • Intermediate Chinese proficiency
