About The Position

This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, located in Kenosha, WI. This role is not remote or hybrid. The company is dedicated to changing lives one day at a time. As a Recruiter, you will collaborate with your team to develop innovative strategies for attracting talent, utilize creative thinking to find unique ways to engage candidates, and apply marketing skills to job postings, social media, and community outreach to differentiate the company. You will leverage your interpersonal and interviewing skills to identify suitable candidates for open positions, continuously build a talent pipeline, and actively contribute to order fulfillment by sourcing qualified individuals. The role also involves managing the drug screening, background check, and I-9 verification processes to onboard new hires efficiently.

Requirements

• High volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• Use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s
• Manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
