About The Position

This is an in-office Bilingual Recruiter position located in Kenosha, WI, operating Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The role focuses on changing lives one day at a time by attracting great people to work for the company. The recruiter will use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates through postings, social media, and community outreach. They will also utilize interviewing skills to find the right candidates, build a pipeline of potential hires, and actively impact order fulfillment. Responsibilities include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications for new hires.

Requirements

• Must have high volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
