About The Position

Nation Security is seeking a skilled Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our organizational needs. You will act as a liaison between hiring managers and potential employees, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written communication.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably bilingual recruitment experience.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a professional attitude.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Maintain and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract diverse talent pools.
Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with candidates and team members.
