About The Position

We're looking for a bilingual client experience professional to be the welcoming, steady voice of our law firm. This is more than answering phones — you'll be the person who makes clients feel heard and taken care of, often during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. Previous legal office experience is required.

Requirements

Bilingual fluency (English/[specify language) — required
Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment — required
Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and strong personalities with composure
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, courts, judges' chambers, and other callers
Handle calls involving offers, settlements, and case updates with professionalism and discretion
De-escalate and support upset, anxious, or frustrated clients with empathy and patience
Deliver a consistently positive, calm client experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Accurately triage and route calls to the appropriate attorney or paralegal
Schedule consultations, court calls, and follow-ups
Maintain strict confidentiality around case and client information
Support front-office operations: greeting visitors, managing mail, light administrative tasks
