The Office Coordinator position is a vital part of the Talking Tadpoles administrative team and is the first point of contact for families who partner with TT. This position delivers excellent customer service to patients, their families, referring physicians, and therapists. The ideal Office Coordinator candidate is highly organized, customer/client-focused, self-motivated, reliable and has a keen attention to detail, excellent time management skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and is able to adapt to new processes quickly. This role requires, daily, a mix of high-quality personal engagement with families and other team members on the phone, in person, and through email.
