About The Position

The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims by telephone and correspondence. Settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients while also directing field adjusters and legal council on a task basis. Investigation, collection, and analysis of claims information. This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Property & Casualty Desk Adjuster experience
• Level 2 or 3 expertise
• Ability to interact frequently in English
• Ability to read and prepare documents in English
