About The Position

At Flexspring, you will have the autonomy and flexibility to tackle your role in a way that is right for you. We foster a learning culture that will allow you to develop new skills and progress in your career. Who We Are Flexspring is an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) company specializing in HR data integrations. We partner with HR teams and HR software companies to design and deliver custom integrations that connect HR, payroll, and business systems, reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and help people's operations run more efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects in a client-facing environment (SaaS, implementations, integrations, or similar).
  • Fluency in both French & English (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with HRIS and/or Payroll systems, or leading projects where employee/payroll data is a core input/output.
  • Ability to lead the full project lifecycle: kickoff → discovery → delivery → go-live → stabilization.
  • Strong requirements facilitation skills: running workshops, capturing decisions, and translating needs into clear project deliverables and documentation.
  • Solid fundamentals in scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple concurrent projects.
  • High ownership and follow-through in a fully remote environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering system-to-system integrations (APIs, SFTP, ETL/data transformations, middleware/iPaaS).
  • Familiarity with HR and Payroll platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP, UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of payroll timing, data quality impacts, and downstream reporting needs (including cost centers and GL mapping).
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-country environments.
  • Additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, others).

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing HRIS and Payroll integration projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define scope, requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into structured documentation, including data mapping and integration flow diagrams.
  • Coordinate internal technical consultants and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes — particularly where payroll timing, compliance, or downstream financial reporting may be impacted.
  • Monitor project health, communicate progress clearly, and drive decision-making when trade-offs are required.
  • Support post-launch validation and ensure integrations are operating as expected in real-world environments.
  • Identify expansion or optimization opportunities and prepare change requests where appropriate.

Benefits

  • Work from home with flexible hours.
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation annually.
  • Comprehensive health benefits package for you and your family.
  • Team events and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Competitive base salary.
