About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee the process and performance of a key client program. This role requires strong management, organizational, and coaching skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and ensure exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. The position involves being onsite 1-2 times a week in Crawfordsville, IN. The Program Delivery Lead will be responsible for leveraging knowledge of role design and market intelligence to advise clients on talent needs and recruitment strategy, overseeing program-specific KPIs, defining best practices, and managing a delivery team. The role also focuses on driving candidate satisfaction, expanding client relationships, and acting as a thought leader in recruitment expertise and workforce insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting/Leadership experience
  • Experience within Manufacturing Industry is required
  • Must be fluent in English AND Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience or exposure to people or project management

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the process and performance of a key client program.

  • Oversee the execution of program-specific KPIs and consult the business on opportunities for technical and strategic process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Define and document best practices and tools which enable performance and overall program health.
  • Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
  • Manage, inspire and lead a delivery team committed to exceptional results and delighting clients and candidates.
  • Oversee the quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction.
  • Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes, and technologies.
  • Drive candidate satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
  • Own and expand relationships with clients and pursue opportunities to expand sphere of influence, monitor engagement and develop deeper understanding of client.
  • Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms.
  • Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.
