Requirements

Minimum two years of manufacturing experience
Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with paint consistency and quality requirements
Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish
High School Diploma

Responsibilities

Upholding and enforcing company policies and procedures
Ensuring optimal adherence to specification sheets for every production order
Maintaining consistent communication on safety guidelines, promptly addressing any unsafe behaviors or conditions
Providing essential training and coaching to team members in both English and Spanish
Conducting thorough production audits
Accurately recording scrap and downtime
Addressing any production, quality, or personnel issues
Engaging in problem-solving activities, such as Root Cause Analyses and Rapid Improvement Events
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Maintaining accurate production documentation
Completing all preventive maintenance tasks
