About The Position

With 45 years of experience since 1975, ARS offers HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions. We are seeking a skilled Bilingual (Spanish/English) Plumbing Technician experienced in water heater installation and replacement. This is a full-time, year-round, performance-based position with an earning potential of $60,000–$85,000 annually.

Requirements

At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL Service Plumbing experience.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Water heater service and replacement experience.
A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

Install, replace, and service tank and tankless water heaters
Diagnosing and troubleshoot water heater issues and plumbing systems
Perform safe removal and disposal of old units
Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and safety standards
Communicate clearly with customers in both English and Spanish, explaining services, pricing, and recommendations
Provide accurate estimates and document completed work
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working conditions
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
Identify additional service opportunities when appropriate
