About The Position

The Bilingual Play and Performance Facilitator is a dynamic performer, storyteller and play champion who brings learning to life through improvisation, imagination and interactive experiences. Serving children from Early Childhood Education (ECE) through 4th Grade, this role creates and facilitates immersive play-based adventures that place children at the center of the action as the heroes of their own stories. Whether leading a Museum experience, visiting a school classroom, or activating a community event, the Bilingual Play and Performance Facilitator uses performance, character work, storytelling and responsive facilitation techniques to spark curiosity, build confidence and encourage creative problem-solving. Rather than delivering information to children, the Facilitator creates playful worlds, asks compelling questions, and follows children's ideas to co-create memorable experiences. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in front of an audience, loves improvisation, enjoys thinking on their feet, and believes that play is a powerful tool for learning, connection and discovery.
