About The Position

Oscar Medical Group is seeking an innovative and boundary-pushing Bilingual Physician to join their Virtual Health Assessment Team. This role involves delivering quality care to patients via phone and video on Oscar's platforms and serving as a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers. Requirements

Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Fluency in Spanish determined by proctored assessment
3+ years experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice.
Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: Must have TN License AND 1 of the following: (TX, FL)
Active IMLCC or eligible to apply
Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance, working with our licensing vendor
Experience with value based care documentation standards

Nice To Haves

2+ years of Telemedicine experience
Licenses in MO, AL, MS
Regulatory supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)

Responsibilities

Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations
Provide medical care virtually (by phone, video, & message) in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies
Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned
