About The Position

Our mail-order pharmacy based in Colleyville, Texas (Dallas–Fort Worth region) is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. We specialize in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight loss medications, and customized compounded therapies, delivering discreet, high-quality care directly to patients’ homes across 38 states—and expanding. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional, personalized care and make advanced therapies more accessible, convenient, and discreet for the patients who rely on us. We compound a wide range of customized medications including GLP-1 weight loss therapies, bioidentical hormone pellets, estrogen and progesterone creams, and supportive skincare products designed to address side effects of hormone therapy, along with other specialized HRT and wellness treatments. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, supporting them with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy through phone, text, and email communication. You’ll help guide patients through their experience, answer questions about prescriptions, resolve concerns, and ensure they feel supported every step of the way. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position where attention to detail, communication, and care truly matter. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent Spanish
  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience
  • Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year)
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment
  • Must pass a routine criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
  • Document all communications in the CRM platform.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.
