About The Position

We are reinventing our approach to personal injury cases and looking for a bilingual paralegal to join our high-performance pre-litigation/litigation team. At our firm, paralegals are deeply appreciated and play a major role in helping us achieve justice for injured people. This role is exciting, fast-paced, and a good fit for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on clients’ lives and a new department. You will be the client’s first point of contact, answering questions, providing updates, offering guidance through medical treatment, reviewing records, liaising with experts, scheduling mediations, and preparing for and attending trials. Your job is to think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury or a similar field
• Bilingual, English/Spanish required
• Organized, decisive & able to handle a high volume of work

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience working in pre-litigation is a plus
