About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury or a similar field.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish required.
• Organized, decisive & able to handle a high volume of work.

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience working in pre-litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's first point of contact.
• Answer client questions.
• Actively provide updates to clients.
• Offer guidance through medical treatment.
• Review records.
• Liaise with experts.
• Schedule mediations.
• Prepare for and attend trials.
• Think critically and keep cases moving for a wide spectrum of clients.
