Requirements

  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
  • Strong spoken and written English with the ability to communicate confidently with US-based callers
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • High level of empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Reliable, committed, and punctual
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with care and professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, medical office, patient support, patient coordinator, scheduling, insurance verification, or medical call center experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls from patients, family members, and prospective clients
  • Providing professional, compassionate, and accurate information
  • Guiding callers through the next steps in their healthcare journey
  • Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Following communication and service protocols
  • Assisting with limited outbound follow-up calls when needed
