Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
- Strong spoken and written English with the ability to communicate confidently with US-based callers
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Reliable, committed, and punctual
- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with care and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare, medical office, patient support, patient coordinator, scheduling, insurance verification, or medical call center experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls from patients, family members, and prospective clients
- Providing professional, compassionate, and accurate information
- Guiding callers through the next steps in their healthcare journey
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Following communication and service protocols
- Assisting with limited outbound follow-up calls when needed
- Working closely with team members to ensure a positive patient experience
- Building trust and rapport through empathetic communication
