About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Part-Time Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English. The position involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by offering AT&T's products and services. Daily activities include using a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and openness to change to stay current with technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.
