Requirements

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Home Based Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood, Parent Education, a closely related field, or equivalent.
• Three years of child care experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of social service resources throughout North Texas.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with families and provide individualized education and support.
• Conduct regular home visits using the Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum.
• Help families set goals and connect with community resources.
• Recruit eligible families and participate in community events.
• Maintain accurate program records and complete required screenings.
• Facilitate family group connections and support activities.
• Participate in required training and professional development.
