About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Spanish/English Bilingual Paraprofessional for an ECE school setting in Aurora, CO. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs while also helping bridge communication between Spanish-speaking students, families, and school teams. Requirements

Fluency in both Spanish and English required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication, patience, collaboration, and teamwork skills
Ability to follow direction and support behavior and academic plans

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in classroom settings
Assist Spanish-speaking students with academic participation and classroom routines
Support communication between students, teachers, and staff when appropriate
Reinforce behavior plans, classroom strategies, and social-emotional skills
Help students navigate transitions and daily school routines
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Maintain basic documentation and communication as needed
