Keystone Health is seeking a Bilingual Outreach Enrollment Navigator! Full-Time This role supports enrollment and renewals for Medical Assistance (MA), CHIP, and Reduced Fee programs, verifies insurance eligibility, assists with payment agreements, and serves as a liaison between patients and state agencies. The Navigator also provides in-person and telephonic Spanish interpretation and participates in community outreach events throughout Franklin County.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of healthcare, insurance enrollment, or outreach experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with MA, CHIP, and Reduced Fee enrollments and renewals
• Utilize the COMPASS system to complete and track applications
• Follow up with patients and DPW to ensure timely processing
• Provide Spanish/English interpretation services
• Support patients with insurance eligibility and financial questions
• Participate in community outreach and health fairs
• Track outcomes and meet program goals
