Bilingual Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Ellie Mental Health - 113Denver, CO
Hybrid

About The Position

At Ellie Mental Health, we believe mental health care should be accessible, culturally responsive, and rooted in genuine human connection. Our Denver City Park Clinic is growing, and we are excited to welcome bilingual Spanish-speaking therapists who are passionate about serving diverse communities and helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood. We know the power of being able to provide therapy in someone’s native language. For many families, finding a therapist who understands their culture, values, family dynamics, and lived experiences can make all the difference. We are building a diverse, collaborative, and supportive team where clinicians can grow professionally while making meaningful impact in the community. We believe therapy should feel human. That means showing up with empatía, autenticidad y corazón — not only for our clients, but for each other too. At Ellie, we work to reduce the administrative burden on clinicians so they can focus on high-quality client care and professional growth. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing culturally affirming and trauma-informed care to diverse populations. Spanish-speaking therapists are strongly encouraged to apply as we continue expanding services for bilingual and multicultural communities.
