About The Position
A-Line is seeking an experienced bilingual Production Supervisor to oversee our 2nd shift industrial operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for employee supervision, safety compliance, production performance, training, and daily plant operations. The role involves leading operations, driving production, and building teams.
Requirements
- Fluent in English & Spanish required
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory, lead, or management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, recycling, fabrication, processing, construction, or heavy equipment environment
- Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
- Willing to work hands-on with team
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 15-20 production employees
- Drive safety, accountability, and productivity throughout the shift
- Conduct employee training, onboarding, and performance coaching
- Assist with hiring and workforce development
- Serve as the primary after-hours supervisor and escalation point
- Monitor production goals and communicate results to management
- Complete daily production, safety, and labor reports
- Verify employee timekeeping and attendance records
- Ensure equipment, work areas, and operations are shut down properly at shift end
- Operate industrial equipment and assist production teams when needed, including forklifts, material handlers, yard trucks, and plasma cutting equipment
