As we continue to scale our global platform, the Bilingual Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading screenprint manufacturing operations and driving high-performance teams across facility departments.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) required, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams in both languages.
  • Proven experience leading manufacturing or distribution operations, including direct management of large frontline workforces (100+ employees preferred).
  • Track record of developing and holding accountable a team of supervisors in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance through mentorship, constructive feedback, and active floor presence — not just from behind a desk.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with departments such as planning, quality assurance, human resources, and supply chain to deliver operational results.
  • Ability to use data and operational metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and make informed decisions that improve facility performance.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of screenprint or apparel manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production planning is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a screenprint manufacturing facility, directly overseeing supervisors and 100+ athletes across departments while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.
  • Serve as an advocate for both athletes and fans, leveraging bilingual communication to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture through active mentorship and constructive feedback.
  • Deliver business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — including planning, quality, and fulfillment — to align manufacturing operations with broader facility and business goals.
  • Serve as a bilingual bridge between leadership and frontline athletes, ensuring clear, consistent communication flows across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide direct leadership and development to supervisors, holding them accountable to performance standards while coaching them to grow as leaders.
  • Lead, mentor, and engage 100+ athletes across facility departments, fostering a culture of accountability, belonging, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion the fan experience by ensuring screenprint manufacturing operations consistently deliver high-quality, on-time product that meets the expectations of fans worldwide.
  • Serve as an advocate for fans throughout the production process, making decisions that prioritize product integrity and brand standards.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve throughput and quality, directly supporting the ability to fulfill fan demand at scale.
  • Build a team culture that connects frontline athletes to the fan impact of their work, driving pride and purpose across the facility.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies within the screenprint facility and champion data-driven solutions that improve throughput, quality, and cost.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by empowering supervisors and athletes to surface ideas and experiment with better ways of working.
  • Apply emerging tools, technologies, and automation opportunities to modernize facility operations and reduce manual dependency.
  • Approach complex manufacturing and people challenges with creative problem-solving, adapting quickly when conditions change.
  • Own facility KPIs end-to-end — including productivity, quality, safety, and attendance — and drive accountability at every level of the operation.
  • Report directly to the Senior Operations Manager or General Manager, providing clear and transparent updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Execute operational plans with urgency and precision, ensuring department commitments are met even in high-volume or high-pressure environments.
  • Model a relentless standard of excellence, holding yourself and your teams to the highest expectations while maintaining a respectful, people-first environment.
  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
