The Operations Manager - Site will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, preparing schedules for service personnel, assigning personnel to routes, and inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, and service). The manager will also conduct quality audits, maintain inventories, investigate new equipment and methods, review customer requests, implement organization policies, analyze budget requests, and assist in promoting services to develop new markets. Additionally, the role includes inspecting plants, assisting with plans, budgets, and schedules for modifications, ensuring the site meets budget goals, developing long-range plans, coordinating program specifications, compiling data for estimates, and maintaining financial reports. The position also requires maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, directing supervisory management, acting as a liaison, maintaining contract databases, reviewing correspondence, establishing contractor contact, and conducting/attending meetings. Assisting with human resource concerns and issues is also part of the role. Some travel is required.
