The Operations Manager - Site will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service), conducting quality audits, and managing inventories of supplies and equipment. The manager will also investigate new and improved equipment and methods, review customer requests, implement organization policies, analyze budget requests, and assist in promoting services to develop new markets. Additionally, the role includes coordinating program specifications, compiling data for estimates, maintaining and reporting on financial aspects of the business, ensuring a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Operations Manager acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, and assists with human resource concerns. Some travel is required.
