As a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor in Naperville, you are the face of Midway Staffing at our client site. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport fast
  • Sharp organizational skills and comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, plus experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Confidence conducting in-person and phone interviews with real attention to detail
  • A proactive, solution-first mindset and the ability to work independently and on a team

Nice To Haves

  • an associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • agency experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client location and be the go-to contact for both the client and the associates working there.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients and job seekers, and be the first call for staffing needs, placements, and ongoing support.
  • Review resumes, assess candidates, and spot the right talent for each role.
  • Partner with recruiters and leadership to build staffing strategies that hit hiring goals.
  • Represent Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep a strong pipeline flowing.
  • Own the onboarding process, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keep every file complete and compliant.
  • Lead first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed.
  • Support payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately and on time.
  • Check in regularly with clients and associates to keep satisfaction high and catch issues early.
