Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport fast
Sharp organizational skills and comfort juggling priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite, plus experience with an Applicant Tracking System
Confidence conducting in-person and phone interviews with real attention to detail
A proactive, solution-first mindset and the ability to work independently and on a team

Nice To Haves

an associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus
agency experience is a bonus

Responsibilities

Run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client location and be the go-to contact for both the client and the associates working there.
Build genuine relationships with clients and job seekers, and be the first call for staffing needs, placements, and ongoing support.
Review resumes, assess candidates, and spot the right talent for each role.
Partner with recruiters and leadership to build staffing strategies that hit hiring goals.
Represent Midway at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach to keep a strong pipeline flowing.
Own the onboarding process, from background checks to new hire paperwork, and keep every file complete and compliant.
Lead first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and set up to succeed.
Support payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately and on time.
Check in regularly with clients and associates to keep satisfaction high and catch issues early.
