About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator in Denton, TX, with a pay rate of $23.50/hr and weekly pay, plus a quarterly bonus. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 2:30 PM to 2:30 AM. This position reports to the Branch Manager and is an onsite role. Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish (non-negotiable)
1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals
Ability to manage multiple priorities, hard deadlines, and moving parts
Comfortable in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Nice To Haves

Staffing agency experience is a big plus
An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is nice to have, not required

Responsibilities

Owning the relationship with the client and with every associate on the floor
Recruiting, screening resumes, and running phone and in-person interviews
Running onboarding from background checks through new hire paperwork
Handling first-day logistics so new hires actually stick
Processing and approving timecards so payroll goes out clean and on time
Checking in with clients and associates to catch problems before they become problems
Repping Midway at job fairs and community hiring events
