Requirements

• Fluent or native Spanish and English communication skills.
• Customer-focused, maintain a "can-do" attitude, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by honesty, empathy, and clarity.
• Strong professional writing skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Monday, and Case Management Systems (e.g., CampLegal).
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• A quick learner able to master new systems and react with appropriate urgency to firm requests.
• A genuine passion for furthering immigrants' rights is necessary for success in this role.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the USA.
• Currently reside in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the office remains organized, manage physical and digital client files, and oversee correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service (primarily in Spanish) via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day assignments, including the assembly of application packages.
• Ensure clients accurately understand their case status under the guidance of the legal team.
