They are looking for a Bilingual Office Assistant to join their team at their office located at 440 Speedwell Ave, Morris Plains, NJ. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and has a genuine passion for furthering immigrants' rights.

Requirements

Fluent or native Spanish and English communication skills.
Customer-focused, maintain a "can-do" attitude, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
Exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by honesty, empathy, and clarity.
Strong professional writing skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Monday, and Case Management Systems (e.g., CampLegal).
Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
A quick learner able to master new systems and react with appropriate urgency to firm requests.
A genuine passion for furthering immigrants' rights.
Must have legal authorization to work in the USA.
Currently reside in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Ensure the office remains organized, manage physical and digital client files, and oversee correspondence.
Provide exceptional customer service (primarily in Spanish) via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day assignments, including the assembly of application packages.
Ensure clients accurately understand their case status under the guidance of the legal team.
